phpMyAdminでSQLを実行する。
念のためバックアップ推奨。

-- term_count リセット
UPDATE wp_term_taxonomy SET count = 0;

-- 投稿本体

TRUNCATE TABLE wp_posts;

-- 投稿メタ

TRUNCATE TABLE wp_postmeta;

-- ターム紐付け

TRUNCATE TABLE wp_term_relationships;

-- term_count リセット

UPDATE wp_term_taxonomy SET count = 0;
